Returns and Refunds

If you have changed your mind about an order, we unfortunately do not offer free returns, however we are happy to refund any unused and unopened orders returned in good condition. Damaged or missing items should be reported to our customer service team via email within 48 hours of receipt. You are entitled to return if you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact our customer service team via email so we can initiate the returns process. Refunds are only issued upon receipt of the goods. We cannot accept liability for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Please return your order using a reliable tracked delivery service, we also advise retaining your shipping receipt.
